If you would like to return or exchange a product, please read the following.

You can return or exchange unused items within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase to Hardwick House, Hardview View Road, Holmewood, Chesterfield, S42 5SA.

All unwanted goods excluding the exceptions below must be:

• Returned within 28 days accompanied with proof of purchase
• In a resaleable condition
• Unopened in original Packaging

If goods are returned because they are faulty, and faults / damaged must be documented on the delivery note at time of delivery and they must be accompanied with proof of purchase.

Refunds cannot be offered on bespoke items if they have been manufactured correctly to customer specifications.
